It is not just Employment Tribunal Issue and Hearing Fees that are being introduced. There are some more as well...

These fees will also be charged from 29^th July 2013:

• Review of Default Judgment - £100 for Claim Levels 1 and 2
• Application to dismiss following settlement - £60 for both claim levels
• Mediation by Judiciary - Level 2 claims only: £600 
• Counterclaim - Level 1 only: £160
• Application for Review - Level 1: £100, Level 2: £350.

Please note that because some of these fees are payable by the Respondent, and others involve reviews of original decisions, they not covered by the FeeSafe policy.
