Policies are available for all of the main Employment Tribunal Claims including the more complicated discrimination cases. Premiums vary depending on the nature of the case, but all of the premiums are the cheapest in the market.

Our FeeSafe policy may enable progressive solicitors to fund cases in different ways. As disbursements will now be insured, some solicitors may choose not to ask clients for money on account but instead pay the disbursements themselves, safe in the knowledge that the FeeSafe policy will pay for them if the employment claim is lost. The FeeSafe policy may accordingly provide solicitors with new business opportunities.
